Guest Speaker

Kazuyuki TAKAHASHI

Movie Director. He founded Wupfilm, a non-profit organization, in 2011 to make films that aim to rebuild Japan’s economy based on their local communities. His films include Shotengai na Hito (Following the Innovator for Shotengai) and Mirai Shutter. Of these, “Mirai Shutter” is considered to be the film that established the interactive film genre. Recently, several academic papers have been published on this film. One of the papers evaluated the movie as follows: “Traditional cinema should end when the audience has finished watching the movie. Therefore, movies were not designed for on-the-spot dialog.” However, “the film ‘Future Shutter’ is a film in which diverse actors who have seen the film have a …… future session, which …, for the diverse actors …, leads to the discovery of their individual strengths and awareness of the feasibility of collaboration, leading to a This leads to behavioral change for the future. Shinichiro TAKAGI

Owner and Chef of his family restaurant – Zeniya, Kanazawa, Japan. born in Kanazawa in 1970. After graduating from Nihon University, he learned the art of Kaiseki cuisine at Kyoto Kiccho, one of Japan’s top restaurants. He has a deep understanding of the art and philosophy of Japanese cuisine and has been a guest chef at many international hotels and events. He is also fluent in English and has lectured on Japanese cuisine at many universities, including Harvard University.

You are cordially invited to present your paper on one of the aforementioned topics. If you have a paper on a different idea that falls under the general theme of the conference, please feel free to suggest your topic and so on.
